1-2. How to Practice VisualizationVisualization begins with familiar objects and gradually expands to more complex experiences.
The goal is to create a single object within your awareness as clearly, vividly, and realistically as possible using your own natural way of perceiving.
The examples below are not meant to be memorized.
They simply demonstrate the level of clarity and realism that you should aim for whenever you practice visualization on your own.
🔴 [ Example 1 ] LemonIf possible, prepare a real lemon.
Observe it carefully.
Look at its shape, size, and color.
Touch its surface.
Feel its weight.
Smell its scent.
Cut it open and examine the inside.
Then close your eyes and recreate the same lemon within your awareness.
Do not simply think of the word "lemon."
Recreate its shape,
its texture,
its weight,
its scent,
the fresh sour taste,
and even the natural physical response your body would have, such as salivation.
The closer your visualization feels to the real lemon,
the more successful your practice has become.
🔴 [ Example 2 ] HammerCreate a hammer within your awareness as realistically as possible.
Notice its weight,
the cold feeling of the metal,
the texture of the handle,
and the way it moves.
Now imagine the hammer slowly moving toward the back of your hand.
If your body naturally becomes tense,
or you instinctively want to pull your hand away,
your visualization is beginning to influence your physical response.
🔴 [ Example 3 ] SpaceChoose a place that you know well.
It may be your room,
a café,
a park,
or a familiar street.
Recreate the entire space as realistically as possible.
Notice the size of the space,
the light,
the sounds,
the atmosphere,
the positions of people,
the arrangement of objects,
and the sense of distance between them.
As the entire environment becomes clearer,
your ability to visualize naturally expands.
â– Practice on Your OwnThe following are only examples.
You do not need to follow any particular order.
Begin with familiar subjects and gradually expand your range of practice.

🔴 ImportantThe goal is not to become good at visualizing lemons or hammers.
The real purpose is to develop the ability to create any object with this same level of clarity,
detail,
and realism.
This ability becomes the foundation for every stage that follows—
Observation,
Letting Go,
and
Creation.
