Round 1 · 10 Times

Observe your life from birth until today.

Watch it as though you were watching a film.

Include the people,

places,

conversations,

events,

emotions,

and every experience that shaped your life.

After each round, quietly say to yourself:

"My memories were a film."


■ Round 2 · 10 Times

Observe your past,

your present,

and your future self.

See them as one continuous flow.

After each round, quietly say:

"For so long, I believed the film was who I truly was."


■ Round 3 · 10 Times

Expand your perspective.

Observe not only your own life,

but also the Earth,

the universe,

and existence itself.

After each round, quietly say:

"I now observe the universe itself as another film."
