The questions below are not a test with right or wrong answers.

They are intended to help you honestly examine your present state of practice.

â‘  Can you now observe even the sense of "me" as a single film?

â‘¡ During the practice of letting go, were you able to remain calm rather than being overwhelmed by fear?

â‘¢ Were you able to continue the practice until the imagined disappearance of "me" felt completely real?

â‘£ After the practice, did the sense of "me" feel less absolute than before?

⑤ Has your fear of death, or your fixed ideas about it, become even slightly weaker than before?

â‘¥ After letting go of "me," did you directly recognize that something remained unchanged?

⑦ Did you realize that this presence is not something that appears and disappears like memories or emotions?

â‘§ Can you now view memories, emotions, space, and even the sense of "me" as one film?

⑨ Has this change continued not only during meditation, but also in your everyday life?

â‘© Have you directly confirmed that what remains at the end is still present, unchanged, even now?
