Aruha Meditation Stage 5 — Purification
Stage 5 of Aruha Meditation
is no longer a practice of letting go.
Instead,
it is a meditation of quietly resting
in your original nature.
If you have sincerely let everything go,
there is nothing more to discard.
What remains
is the stillness
that has always been there.

■ Practice
①
Sit in a quiet place.
You may keep your eyes
open or closed.
②
When your mind becomes calm,
do nothing.
Simply remain as you are.
③
Within the infinite space
beyond time and space,
the **Star of Purification**
appears.
It is
a white star
holding a gentle blue light.
The Star of Purification
is a symbol that allows you
to return to your own center
whenever you wish.
It is
a place of rest,
a place to gather yourself,
and an inner space
from which you can begin again.
④
Gently observe
the Star of Purification.
⑤
Your body
slowly enters the star.
Remain there peacefully.
Allow
every thought,
every sensation,
to arise and pass naturally.
⑥
In daily life,
whenever you wish,
bring the Star of Purification
into your awareness.
Feel as though
you are already resting within it.
If it feels natural,
allow the star
to become larger and larger.

※ There is no fixed time
for this practice.
If possible,
remain with the Star of Purification
for at least one week.
When you sincerely feel
that this practice has become complete,
please continue
to Stage 6.
