Infinite Creation

You have now reached the final stage.

Thank you for walking this journey all the way to the end.

Stage 7 is a practice of consciously shaping your life and aspirations.

Your consciousness is already an awareness that never truly dies, and it is also a part of the universe connected with all creation.

Now, begin creating in your own way.

Below are nine examples.

The first three include more detailed guidance.

The remaining examples are left for you to develop in your own way.

1️⃣ When You Wish to Support Your Body's Recovery

Imagine the purest and clearest silver particles of healing gently descending onto the area that needs care.

Each tiny particle quietly reaches deep within, carefully sensing what is needed, then naturally begins supporting recovery.

Finally, a soft, life-giving healing balm gently surrounds the area, bringing comfort, protection, and warmth.

Simply remain present, quietly experiencing the entire process through your awareness.

2️⃣ When You Need Deep Rest

Create the most peaceful and comfortable place you can imagine.

Notice the air, the temperature, the fragrance, the light, and even the sounds.

Allow every detail to become vivid and clear.

Then simply rest there, letting both body and mind settle into deep relaxation.

3️⃣ When Facing Another Person's Anger

Do not try to change the other person.

Instead, first establish a calm and steady center within yourself.

Allow the other person's anger to pass like the wind without taking hold of you.

If it helps, imagine a clear and transparent light gently surrounding the space between both of you.

Now continue your own creations.
