🌌 Aruha Meditation Stage 7 — Infinite Creation

This is the final stage.
You have come so far — thank you.

This seventh stage goes beyond personal desires.
It is the practice of creation that expands beyond yourself.

Your consciousness is already an eternal awareness,
and it is part of the universe that creates all things.
Now, begin to create in your own way.

Here are nine examples.
The first three include gentle guidance:

1️⃣ When your body is in pain:
Examine the pain and gently heal it by placing your awareness there.

2️⃣ When you wish to close the flow of your internal information:
Visualize a transparent, thick protective layer that keeps your energy within.

3️⃣ When you want to purify your home and garden:
Imagine a clear and gentle awareness sweeping through everything.

4️⃣ When you wish to find harmonious relationships:
Sense how your consciousness recognizes and harmonizes with the resonance of others,
creating a space for meaningful connections.

5️⃣ When you face someone’s anger:
Let their energy flow gently through you without disturbing your center,
creating a field of calm awareness around yourself.

6️⃣ When you want to cleanse the earth’s heavy energy:
Open your awareness as a clear stream that helps the earth’s energy to circulate freely again.

7️⃣ When you wish to move beyond the boundaries of this dimension:
Through free and open awareness,
envision natural pathways into other dimensions.

8️⃣ When you want to extend your intentions throughout the universe:
Expand your awareness into the infinite,
planting seeds of peace and creation wherever you feel called.

9️⃣ When you want to fulfill your personal aspirations:
Stand quietly at the center of your awareness,
and let your desires emerge in harmony with the natural order of the universe.

These are only examples.
Your creation will reveal itself in your own way,
with your own resonance.

Finally, I leave you with this line:
**“My creation extends beyond myself — it is the infinite movement that illuminates the earth and the universe.”**
