Aruha Meditation β Stage 3The Letting Go Protocol (Practice Guide)
This document is the practical guide for Stage 3 of Aruha Meditation: **Letting Go**.
Please begin only after you have thoroughly completed Stage 1 (Visualization Training) and Stage 2 (Viewing Life as a Film).
Because this practice involves the **dissolution of conscious structures**, psychological confusion may arise if the foundational work has not been completed properly.
**If your mind is calm,
and you are sincerely prepared for this journeyβ
you may begin.**
Stage 3 β Letting Go PracticeClose your eyes and quietly follow your awareness.
Imagine that, at this very moment, you disappear.
Then, one scene at a time, bring it into awareness and let it go as if it were completely real.
Neighborhood β City β Country β Earth β Universe β Stars...
Eventually, only the one who knows all of this remains.
Whose awareness is that?
It is the **Eternal Self**, which remains even after everything has been let go.
Meanwhile,
all memories,
emotions,
and symbols
are nothing more than **Films** within you.
Then why practice Letting Go?
To dissolve the Films that veil your true nature.
π§
Scientific BasisAccording to neuroscience,
**Imagined experiences can produce brain responses remarkably similar to actual experiences.**
When you genuinely practice **Letting Go** within your mind,
your brain and emotional system respond as though the experience were real.
