πŸ”’ Aruha Meditation – Stage 3

The Letting Go Protocol (Practice Guide)

This document is the practical guide for Stage 3 of Aruha Meditation: **Letting Go**.

Please begin only after you have thoroughly completed Stage 1 (Visualization Training) and Stage 2 (Viewing Life as a Film).

Because this practice involves the **dissolution of conscious structures**, psychological confusion may arise if the foundational work has not been completed properly.

**If your mind is calm,
and you are sincerely prepared for this journeyβ€”
you may begin.**

Stage 3 – Letting Go Practice

Close your eyes and quietly follow your awareness.

Imagine that, at this very moment, you disappear.

Then, one scene at a time, bring it into awareness and let it go as if it were completely real.

Neighborhood β†’ City β†’ Country β†’ Earth β†’ Universe β†’ Stars...

Eventually, only the one who knows all of this remains.

Whose awareness is that?

It is the **Eternal Self**, which remains even after everything has been let go.

Meanwhile,

all memories,

emotions,

and symbols

are nothing more than **Films** within you.

Then why practice Letting Go?

To dissolve the Films that veil your true nature.

🧠Scientific Basis

According to neuroscience,

**Imagined experiences can produce brain responses remarkably similar to actual experiences.**

When you genuinely practice **Letting Go** within your mind,

your brain and emotional system respond as though the experience were real.
