Aruha Meditation – Stage 4 : Letting Go of "Me"

Stage 4 is the final meditation of Aruha Meditation, where even the sense of "me" is released.

Everything exists because "I" exist.
When "I" disappear, my universe disappears as well.

If you have sincerely completed Stage 3, you will already understand what this means.

The essence of Stage 4 is understanding why "me" should be released.
Only when that reason becomes completely clear can you truly let go. Through that sincerity, what is real begins to reveal itself.

■ Method

You may keep your eyes open or closed.

The important thing is to experience the process as though it is actually happening.

Choose whichever image feels most natural to you.
(Examples: Black Hole, Fire, Light, Dissolving, etc.)

① In Your Actual Environment

Order Practice
Front Place your chosen tool in front of you. Walk into it yourself until the sense of "me" completely disappears.
Back Repeat in the same way.
Right Repeat in the same way.
Left Repeat in the same way.
All Place the tools simultaneously in front, behind, to the right and to the left.

Pause briefly. Recognize that the one standing here contains every "me" that has ever existed, the present "me", and every future "me."

Then, walk into the center of all four tools. Continue until the sense of "me" completely disappears.

② In the Universe

Use Black Holes as the releasing tool.

Order Practice
Front Place a Black Hole in front of you and proceed in the same way.
Back Repeat in the same way.
Right Repeat in the same way.
Left Repeat in the same way.
All Place Black Holes simultaneously in front, behind, to the right and to the left.

Pause briefly. Recognize every "me" throughout beginningless time, the present "me," and every future "me."

Then, walk into the center of all four Black Holes. Continue until the sense of "me" completely disappears.

※ Continue every practice until the sense of "me" has completely disappeared. Experience it as though it is real.

Stage 4 is not about repetition.
It is about directly recognizing that the sense of "me" has completely disappeared.

If you sincerely recognize that moment,

Stage 4 Self-Assessment to evaluate your present state before moving forward.
