🌱 Aruha Meditation Stage 3 – The Letting Go ProtocolThis is an advanced internal practice intended only for practitioners who have sufficiently completed Stages 1 and 2 of Aruha Meditation and have reached a stable level of psychological and cognitive alignment.
PurposeStage 3 is not intended for emotional relief.
Its purpose is the dissolution of the underlying structure of information itself.
This practice assumes that the practitioner has developed the inner capacity to dissolve every **Film**, including emotions, memories, space, symbols, and even non-material perception.
OverviewStage 1 : Letting Go of Personal Memories
Stage 2 : Letting Go of Space and the World
Stage 3 : Dissolution of Non-Material Structures
→ Each stage consists of 30 repetitions followed by a self-assessment.
Important Notes- This practice uses the power of imagination to dissolve each
**Film**.
- Do not distinguish between reality and imagination during the exercise.
**Treat every experience as if it were completely real, and practice letting go.**- If strong resistance or confusion arises during practice,
**stop the meditation immediately.**- After consulting your guide, or a medical professional if necessary, return to Stages 1 and 2 and practice them again before continuing.
- During every repetition, ask yourself:
→ **"Is this reality, or is it a Film?"**
Examples of Visualization Tools• Black Hole
Always positioned in front of you, absorbing every **Film**.
• Explosion
Dissolving objects, places, and concepts.
• Distortion
Neutralizing fear by making it absurd.
(Example: imagining a ghost dressed like a fool.)
• Dissolution
Melting non-physical information such as sounds, smells, and tactile sensations.
